Does your hardware come with a warranty?

Yes, all of our desktop computers and monitors come with a year onsite warranty. Laptops have a standard 1 year return to base warranty which can be upgraded for peace of mind.

What hardware can you supply?

We supply a complete range of hardware including PCs, monitors, laptops, servers, routers, switches and networking equipment, access points, printers, peripherals, mesh systems and other wireless equipment.

Can you help install my hardware?

Yes, if you require installation of your hardware following purchase, we can help. We have a team of field engineers who can visit your office to set up your hardware to optimum specification and show you how to use it, we can also provide support for remote workers.

Are you tied to a manufacturer?

Whilst we hold accreditations with providers such as DrayTek and Acronis, we are not tied to them and will always make recommendations based on the products we know will work best for your individual needs.
